TAG MANAGER PACK, is a development package that aims to rapidly develop the competencies critical for your Front Line Managers to achieve their business goals.


  • This development package starts with the implementation of the ManagerReady Online Assessment Center, which is built in line with your needs due to its modular structure, to measure the competencies critical for your front line managers to achieve their business goals.
  • In parallel with the assessment center results, all participants receive one-to-one feedback and reach individual development plans that are prepared to support their development areas.
  • After this stage, the participants embark on a personalized development journey consisting of coaching, virtual classroom trainings and Pinpoint online development tools created in line with the personal development plan.
  • At the end of this study, an industry-based Front line manager profile data can also be presented to your company by making use of benchmark reports that include comparative analysis with global norms.

IMPLEMENTATION STEPS

ManagerReady Online Assessment Center Implementation and Feedback Meeting


In the ManagerReady Online Assessment Center implementation, participants experience one day of a manager in an hypothetical company and are expected to resolve various challenging situations. A competency-based assessment report and development plan is created based on the observations of the participant's behavior in this practice. The evaluation report and the development plan are shared with the participant at a feedback meeting by a DDI certified consultant. Creating a Personalized Development Plan


In this step, personalized online development activities related to two development areas and one strong area that people will focus on as their development plans will be defined. These choices will be formed by taking into account the priorities of the individual to ensure the success of both the Assessment Center results and periodic critical goals. Competency Based Virtual Classroom Trainings and Coaching

This stage includes half-day virtual classroom trainings, which will be given by DDI certified trainers, in groups of up to 6 people, including participants with similar development areas, for each of the two critical competencies specified in the development plans of the leaders. Pre-study materials and post-training support materials of these trainings are also offered through Pinpoint. Creating a Personalized Online Learning Journey - Pinpoint

Pinpoint is a cloud-based development platform that allows leaders to navigate content tailored to their needs. Leaders experience a variety of learning experiences during this journey, including interactive tools, simulations, games, videos, web-based training, micro-courses, chatbots, self-assessment tools and more. With this platform, leaders can BUILD their skills with engaging web-based training, BOOST these skills with micro courses, SUSTAIN with interactive development tools, and CUSTOMIZE their learning experience as they wish. Lead Virtually program - We are by your side in difficult days!

Leaders have to develop solutions to keep things going even in the most difficult times. Even if they are in a completely virtual environment! 

The online development tools that will be presented to the leaders under this heading aim to help them to overcome the difficulties arising from the differences in culture, time and place and to lead in the virtual environment while focusing their teams on common goals in order to reach business results.
