It is especially recommended for people who do not have data on competency-based strengths and development areas and who will not participate in the assessment center process.
In the meeting, where the employee, his or her manager, HR and a DDI certified consultant will participate in order to create a development plan, in accordance with the business goals of the person and the competencies required to achieve these goals are determined by taking into account the outputs of personal and manager’s views, existing performance evaluation and other assessment tools. The competencies that the employee will focus on in the development plan are selected.
In this step, personalized online development activities related to two development areas and one strong area that people will focus on as their development plans will be defined. These choices will be formed by taking into account the priorities of the individual to ensure the success of both the Assessment Center results and periodic critical goals. This stage includes half-day virtual classroom trainings, which will be given by DDI certified trainers, in groups of up to 6 people, including participants with similar development areas, for each of the two critical competencies specified in the development plans of the leaders.
